To efficiently and realistically roll out the new Level 4: Whitewater Packrafting course curriculum and instructor criteria, the ACA Packrafting Committee has outlined steps to allow currently certified ACA Level 3: River Packrafting Instructors and Instructor Trainers to upgrade.
