Endorsements
Currently certified ACA Instructors can become endorsed to teach additional, specialized curricula that is not contained in standard instructor certification workshops. Examples include courses such as SUP Yoga, Kayak Camping, and Adaptive Paddling.
Endorsement credentials accompany an instructor certification and are considered “active” as long as the underlying certification remains valid.
The following endorsements are currently available:
- Adaptive Paddling
- Advanced Communications
- Raft Guiding
- SUP Yoga
- Kayak Rolling (Available for Level 2 and 3 Instructors)
- Coastal Kayaking Traditional Skills
- River Kayak Hand Paddling
- Canoe Rolling
- Smart Start for Safe Paddling (Formerly Paddlesports Safety Facilitator)
