First Strokes
My love of rivers began when I rafted down the Klamath when I was 4. By age 7, I graduated to a kayak and I’ve never looked back. I first tried slalom not too long ago on the Nantahala and I was humbled and completely hooked by the challenge.
Off the Water
I read a lot and write poetry, grow fruit and veggies at my family farm to donate to local food banks, and intern with an organization dedicated to overturning wrongful convictions. Whenever possible, I spend time in nature.
