Instructor Trainer Applications Require:
- Letter of recommendation from the supervising ITE of your lead-teach IDW/ICE or ICW
- Letter of recommendation from a currently certified Instructor or IT/E in the appropriate discipline
- Letter of recommendation from a currently certified Instructor or IT/E in any discipline
- Your lead-teach IDW/ICE or ICW course outline, agenda, or schedule
- Your IDW/ICE or ICW pre-course communication (course welcome letter, email, pre-course homework packet, etc. that you used to communicate with candidates prior to the start of your course)
- The candidate evaluations from each candidate from your lead-teach course. These can be found and exported using the “Completed Candidate Evaluations” tab within the CMS.
- The course evaluations completed by each of the participants in your lead-teach course. These can be found and exported using the “Course Evaluations – Lead” tab within the CMS.
Additional Notes:
- Review the SEIC Policy Manual for full policies in effect at the time of your IT application.
- The IT Candidate shall be ultimately responsible for full compliance with SEIC Policies and Procedures.
- Upon becoming an Instructor Trainer, annual SEIC dues are $110 per year.
