The Live Like Maria Freestyle Classic & NOC-hosted US Team Trials will take place October 2–4 at the Nantahala Outdoor Center (NOC), hosted in partnership with the ACA USA Freestyle Organization. NOC offers a world-class competition feature and convenient on-site lodging and dining within walking distance of the wave. We look forward to seeing you on the water!

Registration

• Entry Fee: $40 (covers all eligible classes)
• Registration Deadline: September 30
• Proceeds: Support the event and the USA Freestyle Team

One entry fee per class (e.g., K1 and C1). Competitors must enter only within their age group (e.g., Juniors may not compete in Senior classes).

Registration Requirements: Active ACA Competition Membership and Competition License for those 18 and older.

• Men’s & Women’s K1: Senior, U23 (18–23), Junior
• Men’s & Women’s C1: Senior, Junior
• Men’s & Women’s OC1

Schedule

• Friday, Oct 2: Practice Day (10:00 AM–3:00 PM release; ~2 hrs to reach feature)
• Saturday, Oct 3: Competition (starts ~11:30 AM; some finals may occur)
  • Water release: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Sunday, Oct 4: Finals Day
  • Water release: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Official heats and start times will be posted on-site during practice.
