At ACE Adventure Resort, we have a passion for facilitating whitewater adventures on the amazing rivers of West Virginia, and we’re equally as passionate about sharing our knowledge and developing your whitewater skills. From safety and rescue courses to beginner, intermediate, and advanced whitewater rafting and kayaking courses, we offer a broad range of instructional opportunities. At Canyon River Instruction, our goal is to make river running a safer, more accessible, and more enjoyable experience. We strive to create a learning and resource center for all types of river running skills including rowing, paddle rafting, multi-day river trips, kayaking and river rescue.
We bring together resources to help people become enthusiasts and to enjoy a lifetime of river running experiences with particular emphasis on safety, experiential learning, custom instruction and river stewardship.

We are dedicated to bringing you the best in customized whitewater instruction. Whether you are new to the river and excited to learn a new sport, want a better understanding of river safety, need a Swiftwater Rescue training, are looking to brush up on old skills or are ready to step up your game and tackle bigger rapids, we are here to help you achieve the whitewater skills you need.

We offer one to six day clinics in rowing, paddle rafting and kayaking for beginner through advanced, as well as river safety courses and Swiftwater Rescue training.

All of our instructors are ACA certified and all of our courses are taught to the ACA curriculum. Why ACA? The ACA’s rigorous training and high standards ensure the finest caliber instructors anywhere on the water.

Taiwan Kayak Association is a group of outdoor enthusiasts who explore the beauty of Taiwan through pollution-free and human-powered kayaks. Since our establishment in 2005, we have embraced the values of environmental protection, sustainability, public welfare, mutual respect, and team spirit. We aim to provide a safe and fun environment for everyone to experience Taiwan though kayaking. After years of development, we have established kayak bases in Ruibin and Penghu, with the ocean right at our doorstep. We explore the various waters that surround Taiwan, including Green Island, Orchid Island, and even the remote Huaping and Mianhua Islet, located 60 kilometers offshore. We have written a new chapter in the history of kayak exploration in Taiwan.

Amongst our members, we have a culture of sharing and continuous learning. Furthermore, by collaborating with domestic as well as international professional and academic institutions, we never stop enhancing our navigation and paddling skills while establishing best safety practices.

In Taiwan, we have the largest number of coaches certified by the American Canoe Association (ACA), ensuring an effective learning and a clear growth path for paddlers of various levels.

自2005年成立起，我們抱著環保永續、尊重生態、公益和互助平等的精神，讓所有人都可以安全地透過獨木舟與水親近，從水上認識台灣。

歷經多年的發展，我們建立了瑞濱和澎湖的獨木舟基地，海洋就在門口。探索環繞台灣的各個水域，包括綠島、蘭嶼，甚至60公里外的花瓶嶼和棉花嶼，為台灣寫下了獨木舟探索的歷史新頁。

我們樂於經驗分享，並積極與國內外專業，學術單位合作，不斷精進導航與划舟技能，並建構起獨木舟活動的安全基準。 我們擁有國內最大，最專業的ACA (American Canoe Association美國獨木舟協會) 認證教練群，確保對獨木舟有興趣的新人，能安全有效地學習，讓有經驗的會員能持續成長。
