ACA North Carolina’s Cape Fear River Rendezvous

| This is our 3rd Annual Cape Fear River Rendezvous which is a community-based paddle trip hosted by ACA of North Carolina in conjunction with the ACA Summer Solstice Program. The paddle trip goes 8 miles down the Cape Fear River from NCWRC Wildlife Rd Access in Lillington to the Cape Fear River Trail Park in Erwin. There are numerous beginner friendly rapids along this section, and we have a very experienced team that will help with safety during the entire trip. Last year we had over 40 paddlers and we hope to have just as many this year. All types of kayaks, canoes, and even paddleboards are welcome as well as all experience levels. We have traditionally had whitewater kayaks, touring kayaks, recreational kayaks, canoes, and all ages and experience levels. This is a fun event for everyone. No registration is required so all attendees must follow our Facebook page or email me to see updates and final details. |
