This is one of several classes preparing kids (and grown ups) for the annual Harriman State Park Youth Regatta on Wednesday, July 27. Come join the ACA Rising Stars, our small but mighty team based at ACA Camp Sebago. Classes–limited to 12 students– focus on canoe safety and forward and steering strokes necessary for the solo, tandem, and 4-person canoe races. Emphasis is on fun and confidence building. Class is sponsored by the Metropolitan Canoe & Kayak Club and therefore offered FREE of charge but all participants must be ACA members and hold a day/season pass to ACA Camp Sebago.
