This is a course tailored to raft guides. Thursday evening from 6-8:30 will be an indoor classroom setting. Friday morning we will practice skills on water. Personal whitewater gear is required. Practice ropes and equipment provided. Participants my bring a boat of their choice but it is not a requirement. We will cover level 3 curriculum in the context of common hazards and mishaps on Section 9 of the French Broad River.
