Level 4 Coastal Kayaking Open Water skills assessment. This assessment is open to anyone confident with their skills level and wants an assessment. This assessment course is a pre-requisite to participate in an L4 Instructor Development Workshop, L4 Instructor Certification Exam/Workshop. (IDW/ICE)
