3 day course specifically for guides and TLs working on all stretches of the Arkansas river.
Course focuses on preparation, safety, rescue communication between companys, and proven rescue techniques for our Rocky Mountain rivers.
Scenario and discussion rich.
Participants should have adequate personal protective equipment (PFD, helmet, close toed shoes, etc).
Participants should also have adequate cold water clothing for 6-8 hours exposure to river water. We can provide wetsuits free of charge if your wardrobe is lacking.
This is an assessed course*. That way you get something to bring home to your company for potential pay raises.
