Level 3-4: Whitewater Canoeing Instructor Certification Workshop (IDW/ICE)

This Level 3-4 Canoe Instructor Certification Workshop will be facilitated by Level 4 River Canoe IT Jordan Taylor.
The ACA recommends you complete a skill assessment for Level 3-4 to participate in this course. A phone call with you and Jordan, or an email recommendation from an ACA Instructor you have paddled with can suffice.
Course fee: $750
(deposit required to hold spot, Paypal, Venmo, Zelle, check accepted)
Venues will be various parts of the Potomac River in the DC MD VA area.
We will meet April 11, 18, 19 and May 2, 3
Additional costs (not included):
ACA Membership $40,
SEIC Dues $25, both are annual.

Jordan Taylor has thirty years of experience instructing whitewater and has served many organizations in an instructor development role: The Calleva River School (DC), National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS), Rocky Mountain Outdoor Center (CO), Zoar Outdoor (MA), Madawaska Canoe Center (Ontario) North Carolina Outward Bound School (NCOBS) and others. He is also a SWR IT and a Kayak ITE. Taylor is passionate about educational spaces designed with lots of different kinds of people in mind.
