Let’s celebrate diversity on the river and welcome the many colors of the LGBTQ+ spectrum to the South Fork American!
This is a multi-level kayak clinic, geared for the LGBTQ+ Community who are brand new to whitewater, as well as beginner and advanced beginner paddlers. Each day will be spent learning paddling skills on the water and at camp in the evening you’ll have the opportunity to get to know your new river friends! During the clinic, we will cover river equipment, paddling skills, basic river hydrology (AKA how to read the water), safety and decision making.
