Ramp-Up to Runoff clinics mix introductory slalom technique with aerobic conditioning in a flatwater environment. If you’ve got a roll or are comfortable taking a short swim to a beach in slightly chilly water and have the appropriate gear, you’re welcome to join! These clinics set students up with an understanding of basic slalom technique and terminology while getting them in shape for paddling season. Reach out to Liam with any questions you may have.
