The ACA is committed to making the world a better place to paddle! We support our grass roots paddling communities in state and local advocacy efforts as well as partnering with many national organizations to broaden access to and protect public lands and water.

The ACA is the voice of paddlers at the local, state and federal levels on a range of public policy issues that paddlers care about, including: Broader and more equitable access to public lands and waterways, Personal Flotation Device (PFD) wear regulations, Paddlesports education standards from state to state, and Paddle craft registration issues.
