2024 was an amazing year for the American Canoe Association! Thanks to the tireless work of our small but mighty staff and our countless passionate volunteers, together we achieved many successes including 1,582 new instructor certifications, a huge public policy win with the passage of the EXPLORE Act, bringing home three medals in the Paris Olympics and Paralympics, and expansion of the National Safe Boating Week Kayaking 101 program to seven states.
