Riversport OKC

RIVERSPORT OKC is a US Olympic and Paralympic Training Site for both rowing and canoe/kayak. The nonprofit organization has hosted numerous national and international canoe/kayak race events including 2016 US Olympic Team Trials for Canoe Slalom, 2022 ICF Canoe Sprint Super Cup and 2022 Stand Up Paddling World Cup. RIVERSPORT has been selected to host several upcoming international events including the 2025 ICF Canoe Freestyle World Cup and 2025 ICF Canoe Slalom and Sprint Super Cups. In 2026, RIVERSPORT will host the ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships. RIVERSPORT is a 501c3 nonprofit located in Oklahoma City.

Montgomery Whitewater

Nathan Benderson Park

The mission of the Nathan Benderson Park Conservancy is to manage and promote Nathan Benderson Park as a world-class recreational destination, enhancing the quality of life for our community and generating economic impact for our region.

Sarasota County has entrusted the Nathan Benderson Park Conservancy with the complete day-to-day care of this 550-acre community asset. As the stewards of the Park, the Conservancy tends to the complex maintenance, visitor services, event management, outreach programs and so much more.

Nathan Benderson Park Conservancy’s vision of Nathan Benderson Park is to serve as a global, innovative, and premier destination that welcomes and connects people, while fostering a healthy, sustainable and safe environment.

Reeno Foundation

The Reeno Foundation encourages youth and young adults to experience the power of the outdoors through challenging adventures, learning new outdoor skills, and honing those skills so they can come down from the mountains and share them with others. Reeno Foundation has partnered with the ACA to provide scholarships for aspiring paddleports guides in the Northeast towards a certification course / training so they can reach their full potential as an outdoor educator and thus share the outdoors with others.

International Whitewater Hall of Fame

The International Whitewater Hall of Fame (IWHoF) recognizes and honors individuals who have made significant contributions to whitewater related activities. To date, 51 honorees have been inducted into the Hall of Fame since the first class in 2005. The IWHoF is a program of the World River Center, the ACA, and its International Paddlesports Partners. 

Boy Scouts of America

ACA volunteers and staff are proud to work with the BSA National Aquatics Taskforce on several projects to help youth to be safer, learn, and have fun out on the water, including:

• Revised the Whitewater Merit Badge
• Developed the Whitewater Rafting Award
• Developed the Kayaking Merit Badge
• Developed the Stand Up Paddleboarding Award

Leave No Trace

The LNT Center for Outdoor Ethics teaches people of all ages how to enjoy the outdoors responsibly, and is the most widely accepted outdoor ethics program used on public lands. Through relevant and targeted education, research and outreach, the Center ensures the long-term health of our natural world. In its simplest form, Leave No Trace is about making good decisions to protect the world around you – the world we all enjoy.

National Association of State Boating Law Administrators

NASBLA is a national nonprofit organization that works to develop public policy for recreational boating safety and represents the recreational boating authorities of all 50 states and the U.S. territories. They offer a variety of resources, including training, model acts, education standards and publications. NASBLA’s mission is to strengthen the ability of the state and territorial boating authorities to reduce death, injury and property damage associated with recreational boating and ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable boating environment.

U.S. Coast Guard Office of Boating Safety

The Office of Boating Safety is part of the Federal government and a servant of the public, in its role as the designated National Recreational Boating Safety Coordinator, it is a leader in improving the boating experience of the maritime public. Their primary mission is to minimize the loss of life, personal injury, property damage, and environmental impact associated with the use of recreational boats, through preventive means, in order to maximize safe use and enjoyment of U.S. waterways by the public. The USCG Office of Boating Safety supports the ACA in it’s endeavors to educate all paddlers about recreational boating safety.

U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary

The Auxiliary and the ACA are working together to increase educational outreach to paddlers abour boating safetyas well as provide free vessel safety checks for paddlecraft.

American Sailing Association

The ACA and ASA are working to bring kayak and stand up paddleboard instructor certification courses to a series of ASA professional sailing schools.
