Riversport OKC
RIVERSPORT OKC is a US Olympic and Paralympic Training Site for both rowing and canoe/kayak. The nonprofit organization has hosted numerous national and international canoe/kayak race events including 2016 US Olympic Team Trials for Canoe Slalom, 2022 ICF Canoe Sprint Super Cup and 2022 Stand Up Paddling World Cup. RIVERSPORT has been selected to host several upcoming international events including the 2025 ICF Canoe Freestyle World Cup and 2025 ICF Canoe Slalom and Sprint Super Cups. NASBLA is a national nonprofit organization that works to develop public policy for recreational boating safety and represents the recreational boating authorities of all 50 states and the U.S. territories. They offer a variety of resources, including training, model acts, education standards and publications. NASBLA’s mission is to strengthen the ability of the state and territorial boating authorities to reduce death, injury and property damage associated with recreational boating and ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable boating environment.

The Office of Boating Safety is part of the Federal government and a servant of the public, in its role as the designated National Recreational Boating Safety Coordinator, it is a leader in improving the boating experience of the maritime public. Their primary mission is to minimize the loss of life, personal injury, property damage, and environmental impact associated with the use of recreational boats, through preventive means, in order to maximize safe use and enjoyment of U.S. waterways by the public. The USCG Office of Boating Safety supports the ACA in it’s endeavors to educate all paddlers about recreational boating safety.
