This course will focus on the fundamentals of kayaking with an emphasis on basic stokes and rescues. You will learn about the parts of the kayak and discover how to use this boat properly. The importance of proper gear and the safety features. Essential self rescue and assisted rescue techniques. I must for anyone who is new to kayaking or never took a proper lesson before.
