For anyone interested in guiding or simply learning to do their own expedition style trips, this can be taken as an L3 Trip Leader course and assessment, if you’ve already passed a Level 3 assessment. If not, you have the option to take this as a Level 3 skills training and assessment…although not both. Since this is offered as an actual expedition style trip, you can obtain your camping endorsement as well. Over the course of this 5 day program you will learn on water and land based leadership methods, trip planning, campsite selection, navigation, tidal planning, provisioning, cooking and group management from a lifelong professional guide.
