This 5 day intensive course is for experienced boaters and rescuers wanted to become a certified swiftwater rescue instructor. The American Canoe Association is the governing body for this swiftwater rescue instructor course.
Instructor Candidates will learn industry standards for teaching swiftwater rescue techniques. This course will have a mix of on land learning, skill development and on water application of skills through scenarios.

ACA Swiftwater Instructor Update:
This course is for those who are already certified as an ACA Swiftwater Instructor, but need to complete an update course to maintain and renew their certification.
