Level 4: Whitewater Kayaking Instructor Certification Workshop (IDW/ICE)

This ACA IDW/ICE course in Level 4 “Whitewater Kayaking” has been designed for individuals who have prior whitewater kayak experience and a solid understanding of stroke choice and terminology. Candidates are experienced and comfortable in whitewater up to Class 3, have a reliable roll in current, and eagerly ready to learn how to teach whitewater river kayaking.
This is an official ACA training and certification program with the opportunity to earn a Level 4 (or Level 3) Instructor certification.
The course will be lead by Jeff Laxier and Mary DeRiemer
