Wet Exit & Rescues Practice

Learn or practice wet exits and getting back into your kayak, with safety spotters. We’ll have a good time while learning and practicing important safety skills! You’ll practice wet exits, then assisted rescues, then self rescues. This session is limited to kayaks with two closed bulkheads or surfskis. We’ll have another session on June 21 to include recreational kayaks without closed bulkheads.
PAY IT FORWARD: If you’ve got your self rescue down or have completed self rescue training, we’d love your help with this event! It’s a lot of fun and a great opportunity to fine-tune your skills through practice.
