ACA MEMBERS RECEIVE SPECIAL HAGGLE-FREE PRICING WITH THE SUBARU VIP PROGRAM

To participate in this program, all qualified participants must receive an approved VIP Retailer Visit Authorization form PRIOR to contacting a Subaru retailer. VIP pricing will not be honored by the retailer without an approved VIP Retailer Visit Authorization form presented upon first contact with the retailer.

VIP Program Pricing
VIP Program pricing is based upon retailer invoice for the vehicle and factory installed accessories as invoiced and delivered to the retailer by Subaru of America, less any regional customer or retailer incentives or retailer cash, if applicable. This is the non-negotiable base price for all members with proper program authorization.

Eligibility to participate in the VIP program:

• Must be an ACA member in good standing for at least six (6) consecutive months prior to purchase
• VIP customers are limited to two (2) new vehicles per year
• Must receive an approved VIP Retailer Visit Authorization form PRIOR to contacting a Subaru retailer

Procedures:

• Complete the Retailer Visit Authorization Request form. You must be logged in to access this form.
• Or call the ACA Membership Department at 540-907-4460 x 109
• Upon verification of eligibility, the ACA Membership Department will complete and submit to Subaru the Retailer Visit Authorization Request form. Within 24 business hours of receipt, a letter of introduction and Retailer Visit Authorization form will be sent to the ACA member via email
• A copy of the letter and authorization form will also be sent directly to the retailer
• The letter of introduction will instruct the ACA member to present their validated authorization form to the individual listed, at first contact with the retailer
• The authorization form is valid for 45 days from the date issued, or until the date of delivery, provided an order was submitted by a Subaru retailer during the initial 45 day eligibility period

Vehicle Exclusions

The following models are currently excluded from all VIP Programs (12/5/2023):

• 2024 BRZ tS
• 2024 WRX TR

Note: Due to inventory limitations, please expect to place a custom order. Please allow 10-12+ weeks for delivery.

The RAC represents ACA’s grassroots membership and helps to promote and support the various areas of ACA’s mission: safety, education and instruction, competition, stewardship and public policy, diversity, equity and inclusion, and recreation. The RAC seeks to enhance communication and volunteer activities that benefit the mission and values of the ACA. In addition, this National Activity Council allows ACA leaders to mentor up-and-coming paddlesports leaders in activities related to community building, public policy and stewardship, and regional partnerships. These local ACA volunteers can:

• Help paddlers find local instruction or connect with regional instructor certification opportunities
• Promote competition, training, stewardship and other community-based paddlesports events
• Build coalitions for paddler advocacy initiatives, and much more
