Update to Sea Scout Advancement Requirements for Paddlesports

The National Commodore of Sea Scouts BSA has announced an update to the Sea Scout Advancement Requirements, which better serve the 25% of all Sea Scout ships that claim paddle craft as their primary focus. We are proud to work alongside like-minded organizations like the Sea Scouts to grow a new generation of engaged and educated paddlers!
