This will be a low-key chance to race around the riverfront of Harrisburg, PA. They will have an 8-mile race consisting of three laps around City Island starting and ending at the north end of City Island. Shorter races of one or two laps for recreational boats and paddlers will be available. There will be no T-shirts or medals; just a chance to race and hang out with other paddlers.
